Welcome to Living Well With Dementia South Tipperary. The service which is funded by the Health Service Executive (HSE) and run in cooperation with Family Carers Ireland provides a broad range of supports and services which are designed to help people live as well and as independently as they can at home in their own community.
We provide a single point of contact where you can access information and practical advice about living with a diagnosis of dementia.
The Memory Technology Library has a wide range of assistive technologies on demonstration.
The Living Well with Dementia Service has created short programmes for people living with dementia and their family.
An important aspect of our service is supporting people to remain as independent as they can at home for as long as possible.
